Responsibilities:

  • Handle procurement activities for materials, spare parts, and services related to vessel and logistics operations.
  • Manage vendor database, quotation comparison, and purchase order processing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control and timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate with the technical and operations team for procurement needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard procurement procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement and inventory, preferably in the shipping industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of marine equipment and spare parts (a marine technical background is highly favourable).
  • Familiar with SAP/ERP or inventory systems.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Local candidates (based in Samarinda or the nearby area) are highly preferred.
