2007-2010
PT IMC Pelita Logistik Tbk was established in Jakarta, Indonesia
The Company acquired 25 units of Tugboat and 27 units of Barge, 4 units of Floating Loading Facilities, named Ratu Kumala, Ratu Barito, Ratu Dewata and Ratu Mahakam, and 1 unit of Floating Bulk Unloader, named Harmony
2011-2015
The Company started Blending Transshipment in 2015
2016
The company began to expand its operating area, acquired new vessels, and operated the newest floating crane
- January Operated the new Floating Crane Straits Phoenix.
- May Expanded the new operation area to Berau, Muara Pantai, East Kalimantan and acquired 1 unit of Tugboat.
- July Acquired 2 units of Tugboat and 2 units of 300-ft Barge.
- September Expanded the new operation area to Sangkulirang, East Kalimantan
2017
The company registers itself as a public company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
2018
The company returned to focus on acquisitions and began to expand its operating area to Sumatra
- February Expanded the new operation area to Palembang, South Sumatera
- December Acquired 1 unit of Tugboat and 1 unit of Bulk Carrier Motor Vessel Handysize class "Dewi Ambarwati"
2019
The company began to diversify its business outside of coal transportation, such as nickel, silica sand and iron products
- Acquired 4 units of Supramax Class Bulk Carrier Motor Vessel, "Daidan Pertiwi" and "Daidan Mustikawati" and Handysize Class, "Dewi Shinta Manggala" and "Dewi Gandawati."
- Acquired 1 unit of Tugboat and 2 units of 330-ft Barge.
- 2019 Bisnis Indonesia Award Nomination in the Infrastructure, Utilities, and Transportation Sector.
- Business diversification outside of coal transport, such as nickel, silica sand and iron product.
- Expanded the MV area of operations to various islands in Indonesia.
2020
The Company continues to develop its business by entering international markets and receiving many awards
- Increased business diversification beyond coal transport, such as nickel, alumina, copper concentrate, clinker cement, silica sand and steel billet.
- Achievement of multi cargo contracts with main State-Owned Enterprise and prestigious mining company, INALUM and Amman Mineral.
- Gained 13 new customers for Bulk Carrier Motor Vessel segment.
- Penetrated into international markets of Southeast Asia region to Vietnam, Singapore and the Philippines and the Far East to the People's Republic of China and Taiwan.
- Expanded to new operating areas and started to open a representative office in Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi.
- Awarded as the Best Public Company in 2020 in Infrastructure sector from Investor Magazine.
2021
The Company established a subsidiary company, PT Pelita Global Logistik
- TNB segment expansion project to transport bauxite, Padangtikar, West Kalimantan.
- Agressive expansion for the MV Segment to International market route, from Persian Gulf to Russia.
- Purchased two unit of Tugboats and Floating Crane Bargesto achieve market growth and demand targets.
- COVID-19 Vaccination for Employee and ship crew in collaboration with Ministry of Transportation RI.
- Collaboration with Maritime and Port Office of Ministry of Transportation RI for prevention of COVID-19 for employee and ship crew.
- The signing of Term Loan Facility Agreement with Permata Bank Jakarta Branch. The loan facility isIDR170 billion with a tenor of 48 months.
- Establishment of a subsidiary entity, PT Pelita Global Logistik.
- Transfer of assets in the form of six bulk cargo ships to subsidiaries.
- Received Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) Award.
2022

- February AGMS 2022 approved company's name change from Pelita Samudera Shipping to IMC Pelita Logistik

Line of Business
Pursuant to the Company’s Articles of Association, the aim and the objective of the Company are to conduct sea logistic and transshipment services. The Articles of Association had received approval and receipt of notification of Articles of Association from Minister of Law and Human Rights number AHU-AH.01.03-0171265 and AHU-0018864. AH.01.02 as of September 13, 2017. To achieve such aim and objective, the Company may carry out the following business activities.
